enabling status polling for all objects

Hi,
From your technical documentation, it says to go into NmsProcessesBE.conf and make the ENABLE_SP_FOR_IFC_PARENTS TRUE for the com.adventnet.nms.topodb.DBServer process. I did that for all my DMSs and my Central Server, but when I right click on a node in my application client , the 'enable status polling' checkbox is UNCHECKED, which means status polling is disabled. Is there anything else I have to do to enable status polling for nodes and networks?

In order to enable Status Polling for Nodes and Networks, the parameter ENABLE_SP_FOR_IFC_PARENTS in the file NmsProcessesBE.conf has to be set to true.This parameter may be case sensitive .Maybe it didnt work for you since you would not have set this parameter as TRUE instead of true.
