BTW I just upgraded from the free to a 20 day trial so I could see if the promised Volume Billing worked.
Day 1 failure so far.

Will Netflow Analyzer team provide "Average Usage Billing" instead of only "Burstable Billing" only. Thanks
We don't have "Average Usage Billing" with NetFlow Analyzer. Anyhow NetFlow Analyzer takes the five minute averages for the calculation of "Burstable Billing".We will look into the options how we can bring "Average Usage Billing" into the product in future releases.
Thanks
Kiran
Can you please provide the roadmap for your billing module. I'm interested in the next forecast features and the estimated time of release....Angelo
Hi Angelo,
We have not planned on any additions to the billing module in our next release. Depending on feature requests and demand volume from users, we will be considering new features in the billing module for later versions.
Network Behavior Anomaly Detection is a priority for the next major release along with some other features. Since we have not finalized the features, we are unable to comment at this point on the features and the estimated time of release. We will certainly keep you posted as soon as we have the finalized list of features for the next product version.
Do let us know if you have any further queries and we will be happy to assist you at the earliest.

Why does the Professional version keep getting the feature updates while those of us with the enterprise version keep getting left in the dark?
Hi,
We definitely understand your concern and we appreciate posting this question as this is one query we are often asked.
New features and product enhancements are first brought into the Professional edition of NetFlow Analyzer after extensive testing and studying the impact of the feature on the product.
The Enterprise edition is concentrated on scalability as it caters to large enterprises with distributed architecture and high flow rate devices. Any feature, before being brought into the Enterprise edition, is redesigned to ensure its working in a distributed architecture and enhanced to meet the scalability requirements of large enterprises.
Each product development happens at its own pace based on market demands. We try to bring in as many features into both editions based on feature requests and demands for the same. If you have any specific requirements or there are features you would like to see in the product, please let us know through the forums or email our technical team at netflowanalyzer-eesupport@manageengine.com. We will be happy to analyze the features for our future releases.
