First step to integration with ServiceDesk (FacilitiesDesk) - Non-Login Form

You have both FacilitiesDesk and ServiceDesk and when a requester raises his request he might not want to take pains to login to one of these systems to raise his request be it for his facility needs or IT needs.

He can just type in his request in this Non-Login form and based on the parameters you fix the request can be received as a work-order in FacilitiesDesk or as a ticket in ServiceDesk Plus.

The Non-Login Form consists of three check blocks:

1. Email ServiceDesk - on enabling this checkbox, the service type will get listed in the Non-Login form

2. Service Type - there are two service types, that is IT and Non-IT. You can edit the service type name by clicking the edit icon beside it

3. Email to - Enter the mail address to which the ServiceDesk tickets has to be dispatched

and click save.

Ultimate aim is to filter the pure IT related tickets and mail it to respective owner, when a request is created using the non-login mode.

Hope this info comes in handy for users...

Warm Regards,
Nandini
