Take consistant advantage of Microsoft AD
I would like to see all of your products take more advantage of Microsoft AD. I would assume that 99% of your customers, if not 100%, are utilizing AD in their environment. This typically means they are already taking advantage of Groups, OUs, Users, Sites & Services. Instead of utilizing ManageEngine Groups or grouping, take advantage of what the customer already has! This will save time and feel more natural for your clients. For example, leverage and support the following AD objects and items
