1 helpdesk technician 2 domains
Hi All,
Is it possible to have one helpdesk technician manage/reset passwords in both domains, instead of have 2 accounts for the same person to manager both domains. I know you can check impersonate as admin which will work. But we also have ad audit in which when impersonate as admin is selected, the user that made the change is not logged in ad audit, but rather logged as administrator making the change.
