2 licenses override each other, why?

I have 2 seperate licenses: one with 50 monitors and other with additional 25. 50-monitor-license is expired so it's renewed but when I install it AppMgr says I have only 50 licenses which should have been 75 instead.
How can I make system recognize both of the licenses? Anybody has any idea?
