After I test servicedesk , I have 2 question. 

question 1：

How can I set 2 groups category>subcategory>items, like one group for product, another one for issue ?

question 2：

When my mouse roll-up on columns, may it show some tips for this column ?

If I can not do this, do you know any plug-in for this ? Thanks.
