2FA login Problem

2FA login Problem

Hi,

Since upgrading to PMP V8.6.0 (8603) most of our users have experienced problems logging in to the console using their 2FA enabled single sign-on accounts, and I wonder is anyone else had seen the problem or knew of a fix?  The first login of the day on a users computer usually goes through without problem, but on subsequent logins, after the user enters their radius code the browser (both IE and Chrome) presents them with another page requesting their radius code again rather than open up PMP.  The same thing happens constantly until you clear the browsers cache, close the browser and then navigate to the PMP console again.  You can then enter your radius code and the console opens.  Just restarting the browsers isn’t sufficient.

Looking in the User Audit log I can see the user attempting to login.  I see a successful event for single sign-on, then either a User Authentication Failed event (PMP authentication) or a User Authentication Failed event (Radius Authentication Failed.  Invalid Authenticator Code) event.

Has anybody else seen this issue?

Thanks

Chris
