Ability to copy group membership to new users during user creation

Ability to copy group membership to new users during user creation

I would like a way to populate a field (such as "CopyFromSamaccountname") in a csv that would create the new user with the same groups as the user specified. Currently it is very cumbersome to copy group membership from one user to another, for 30 users at a time.
