Add response as Technician Reply?
Is there any way to have a reply appended to a ticket not as a requester reply, but as a technician reply?
For example, if a technician uses an application other than ServiceDeskPlus to respond to a ticket, can the fact that the response is being sent from the technician's email address be utilised to append as a technician response?
