Add Service Name as a standard field in schema for service requests
Incidents have Category and Subcategory. Service Requests have Service Category. They should also have Service Name. I had to create a custom field for this in order to sort and filter service requests properly. Currently the service name is only stored in the
requesttemplate_list.TEMPLATENAME, which is not available for use in the service request templates, reports custom query GUI, request filtering, etc.
