Added second domain, but only admin account can see it

Added second domain, but only admin account can see it

We're on latest build 6241. Using built-in admin account, I have added both of our domains with admin credentials for each. Works fine when I'm logged in as admin. But if one of our technician accounts logs in (and they have super admin rights), they only see the primary domain. If they try to add the second domain again, they get an error that we have reached the limit for our license (2 domains).

I have opened a ticket but wanted to see if anyone had a quick answer on here..
