Hi,
I am looking for / would like to request a way to add a CC / notification email to all requests. As a manager, it would be much more convenient to be able to review all activity on requests via my inbox, instead of having to review all tickets in a particular support group.
I can see how to add a notify to individual tickets, but I'm looking for a way to add a notifiee to all new requests coming in, perhaps by support group.
