Adding vCenter Server to VM Manager plus

Not able to add vCenter 5 / ESX5i to VM Manager Plus; build 11300.

Tried with different mode of credentials

xyz@cis.com -> Failed
cis\xyz -> Failed

Able to access https://<vcenter server IP>/mob

Please let me know the solution for this, we are validating the VM Manager plus, if it meets to our requirements we want to buy Pro edition.
