Administration interface stops working

I'm running the latest version of OpManager (fully patched) on a Server 2003 server. When the OpManager service first starts I can access the administration web interface with no problems, but after it's been running for a few hours, I can't view it through a web browser anymore. I've tried backing up the database, doing a fresh installation of the software, and restoring the database, but I get the same problem. Email alerts continue to come in, so I know the server software is still running. I just can't get in to it.
