AE Agent won't scan

I have an open ticket with support but thought I would poll the group. I recently upgraded the agent version on my Asset Explorer clients from 1.0.17 to 1.0.24. Afterward I have a number of clients that I can't perform a successful agent scan on. I notice when I attempt to run the install manually on the client I get the following pop up.

"The Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click OK to terminate the application."

I didn't get this when I rerun the 1.0.17 installation msi but the updated versions don't work properly for some odd reason.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue on some of their clients when attempting to scan via the agent?
