After installing ADselfService Client, button to reset password doesnt appear on login screen.

After installing ADselfService Client, button to reset password doesnt appear on login screen.

When we now install the client on any machine, the install completes without error, and no error in the event log, but the password reset icon is no longer appearing on the desktop near the logon fields. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, reinstalling with admin rights, but havent been able to see the button to reset password.  This is happening on Windows clients.  Macs are working fine.
