The problem I have:  After I log in, the webpage is just blank and leaves me at the URL:   http://localhost:8020/upgradeLicense.do?actionToCall=loadDetails&showInline=true

Not much I can do here.  Just a blank page.  I've logged in using IE, Chrome, Firefox.  Cleared my cache.  Even downloaded Opera and tried that.  Nothing but a big blank page.

Any suggestions on what I can do here, aside from uninstalling/re-installing?
