Agent Not updated after up-grade desktop Central on version 10
We upgraded our Desktop Central on version 10. After upgrading we are not able to communicate to our remote location machines, getting error as
Agent version not compatible. we are unable to communicate or upgrade agent remotely. Kindly suggest to resolved this.
