-15 Workstations

-All Windows 8.1 Pro

-All Dell laptops

-All have file sharing enabled

What I've verified:

-Disabled Firewall and AV, same fails

-Verified workgroup admin credentials work using command prompt

-Verified all workstations have our administrator account and password

-ManageEngine Service running as Workgroup Admin on Server

Ideas? I'm glad it's free, but I wanted to purchase it assuming it worked well. Doesn't seem to be working at all.
