Alert technician by email when a request is assigned individually

Alert technician by email when a request is assigned individually

Hi all,

I see that there's the option within Notification rules to alert technician by e-mail when a request is assigned to him/her, but I'd like to know if it's possible to do it individually to certain technicians, because the current setting will apply to all the technicians, and that's not what I'd like to do.
