Alerts within cisco router to tell you whether 1 of the 2 interfaces has gone done is this possible to set-up correctly and email.  Basically on the cisco router we have a ip clear link and a isdn backup when this goes down we want to be alerted of when the traffic jumps over to the isdn backup route from the IP Clear.  Can you assist in this matter.
