I Tried on a Samsung S4mini (that it's a SAFE device) the deployment of an active sync profile

Attached the profile configuration.

We noticed that deploy goes fine, in the E-mail app there is the account, but we have an error that said that the credentials are wrong and you cannot modify but only retry or abort.

In the profile that we've been created we don't specify the password and I think that the problem is this becouse I tried to specify the password in the profile e re-do the deploy and it works fine.

We use the same configuration with iOS (no password specified) and when we do the deploy the Mail app ask to specify the password.

We have abot 100 Samsung phone to join in mdm (S4mini and S4) and we want to use the profile active sync deploy.

Did we do something wrong?

Why android e-mail app dind't ask to specify the password that I also insert when I do the first enrollment?
