With this application, technicians can access ServiceDesk Plus on the go using their Android Mobile Phones helping them create, update and resolve tickets anytime from anywhere.

The key features of the app are:
  •       Create, View & Edit requests.
  •       View Conversations.
  •       Pick Up requests.
  •       Assign requests by selecting group based technicians list.
  •       Search technician option while assigning a request.
  •       Reply to the users from within the ticket.
  •       Close, Delete requests.
  •       Work-logs: View, Add, Edit, Delete.
  •       Resolution: View, Add, Edit.
  •       Notes: View, Add, Show to Requester, Mail to Technician Resolution, Edit, Delete.
