Anyone using Twilio for SMS message sending?

Anyone using Twilio for SMS message sending?

I'm trying to get the Server Settings 'custom' page to work with Twilio's API to send messages and so far I've not hat much luck, I hope I'm just missing something obvious.

Are you actively using Twilio as your service provider and if so what parameters did you have to pass from ME to get it to work?
