App manager API and sshPkAuth

I try to add my linux server by API and use sshPkAuth, But I got a result

<response response-code="4206">
The username and password mentioned in the request URL should not be empty.

PS, I can add server and use sshPkAuth by GUI web.

anyone have an idea or example ??
