Appending the Workflow output to Alarm Message

Hi team,

Do we have any option to append the workflow results to the alarm message.

which is very necessary for support team to create the Ticket accordingly.

At least. do we have any option to add the Additional Device fields like Buliding, location or city to the alarm message ?
