Application Layer hanging

Application Layer hanging

I have reads the posts, to no avail. I have tried to re-install on 3 different clean 20123 servers. Each time, when I get to startsdp.bat, it hangs on the application layer. The logs seem to indicate request scheme is http an then stop at around 89 percent in that section.

I am using stock settings, and the run.bat says I should be able to connect but I cannot.

Any ideas? Using 8211 SDP MSP Pro build.
