asset agent download not work?
Hi,
I'm evaluating ServiceDesk Plus MSP, intalled on top of Linux machine. From what I understand so far, there is no way to add an asset manually. in section "Asset Management - Agent Settings" I saw agent download button. But for some reason it didn't work or probably i missed something in configuration which preventing me from download the agent? Please advise
