I have an issue when trying to attach an incident to a problem,
As shown in the screenshot, I'm trying to add columns to be able to search within a lot of incidents.
However, I can't add the subcategory or Item as a column in that view.
Since the application name in our tiers exist in the subcategory field, I need to be able to filter by subcategory.
Please let me know if this is possible.
Another question,
The box that has the list of incidents/requests is not re-sizable... I have to scroll down while the rest of the page is empty... does that make sense?
Please let me know your ideas.
