Auto-assign request based on a "Leave type"

Auto-assign request based on a "Leave type"

Hi all,

I have an idea to auto-assign specific requests to a technician who works on a remote side. It can be done by Business rules.
But this technician is different during one month (one week - one specialist, next week - another specialist).

How can I configure the rules so requests are assigned to the technician with specific Leave type?
