automated network mapping?

Hi,

Are any of the opmanager products able to create a physical layer network map (visio style)?
I've been looking for solutions and i've found plenty of logical map creators but only two physical maps (ciscos network assistant, but its limited to 50 devices and a product by codimatech).
It would be nice to have something that plugs into opmanager and draws the business views.
If there is no managenengine solution could anyone suggest an alternative?

thanks.

Hi Matt,

We have plans to include layer 2 mapping in the future updates. Once we discover the core switch, it will add the devices connected to the switch and draw a map out of it. As this is too early, we could not commit a time frame on this.

May be you can draw the map using Visio and have it as background image in OpManager.

Thanks
Gabriel.

Any idea of a timeline for something like this?
