Availability to assign group based in to the category, subcategory & item
In the option of the capture the name of category we have (Version 9027) the availability to select the technician or Change Admin, In order to make the assignation to groups/technician for the implementation more fast and easy, the bulk import is the best option including the group assign field... in fact is better choice than create a business rule for each combination of category,
ex. I have 4500 combination of the category, subcategory & item (bulk import (no problem)), I need create 1500 business rules only to assing the group (one by one (maybe takes 400 hours work man)) after that, turn on the cascade excecution because the assign of groups isn`t the unique action with rules and the similar criteria.
How many percent of performance use this activity? if this happen with each creation and edition of the request.
If we can set this information by default in the category (I guess apply in the creation and edition) we can use the business rules properly as a powerful and fast tool
