Backup Fails when trying to upgrade to lastest update

I have upgraded many times and never had a problem, but today when I run backupdata.bat I see the following on the screen and no backup happens.

I tried to reboot the server in hopes that something had the file locked.  The local administrator group has full access to SDPBackup.log file, and my account is a member of that local group.  I opened the file in Notepad and received no warnings about the file being locked.

Please tell me what to do.
