BGP traps issue

Hi all,

i've installed the last version of opmanager for testing the cisco bgp trap processor.
i've imported all the necessary MIB imported that traps from the CISCO-BGP mib the issue is that
only for bgp down opmanager issues alarm and alert ( with e-mail sending and so on ) but for bgp established ( bgp up )
opmanager fails to identify the trap at all.

i have same issues with other snmp traps that are not default in opmanager ( wanted to monitor an UPS that is not in the default list, imported the MIB, imported traps, created trap processor and only the "critical" / down alarm are working the traps for "clear" / up are not even appearing in opmanager.

i receive all the traps with necesary oid data and so on ( watched the LAN card RX via tcpdump ).

any ideea of what is wrong or i do bad ?
