We have Service Desk Plus v9 build 9040, and make extensive use of the Note feature for internal Technician discussion. (usually extracts from our own log files)
If you create a Note with content in < > tags (which comes from our own logs), and save it - it's fine.
If you then try to edit the same Note - all of the content within the < > tags disappears completely.
See the attached image as an example.
Please advise, as this is a reasonably significant flaw in the system.
