Can one a requester in one account be a part of an approval process in another account?
I would like to set up a workflow wherein a requester in Company A submits a new hire hire form which requires sign off from an approver in Company B. Is this possible?
I know how to do this within one account using the Service Workflow settings but wanted to know if it was possible to set up cross-company approvals.
