Can't add new/copy Technician
Hello,
I am trying to create a new technician however when I enter the username in the "select AD user" field it returns no results. I click on the "choose" link and enter the username and it returns nothing. However, the user does exist and is included in a user report. One thing I noticed was that new users are not shown when trying to add as technician but older users can be added.
Am I missing something obvious here?
Any help will be much appreciated.
