can't close a ticket. (version 9.1)

Hi,

Can you please help me with this issue, when i try to close a ticket appear an error message 

FAILURE :Request cannot be completed. Please fill the following fields -Request Type, Urgency, Impact


I just have the next options in the Request Closing Rules:

Mode
Group
Category
Subcategory
Item
Work Log
Level
Technician
Priority
Description
Resolution
Associated tasks should be completed
