Can't reply to a request with no body text
Hi
Had a request from a user, replied, reply window closed, request page refreshed as normal, no error message received, but no reply added to request.
Tried again, same result.
Edited the request & put some text in the body. Replied again with exactly the same text and the reply was added correctly to the request.
