Can't upgrade from 12020 to 12100


Hi

Trying to upgrade my AppManager from 12020 to 12100 but the Update Manager says "The selected Service Pack is already installed".
The pack I'm using is:
"ManageEngine_Applications_Manager_12_0_SP-1_0.ppm" size: 72.754.693 byte
