Can't use Opmanager after switching to API Client

Can't use Opmanager after switching to API Client

Switched to API client, now I can't use Opmanager, it shows the following message:

Your current license does not allow to monitor UCS devices.You can either remove the UCS devices you do not want to monitor here, or procure a new license.Remaining devices will be deleted

But the list of "Available Devices" or "Devices to be removed" it's empty.

What should I do to recover from this?
