Cannot install SP to upgrade from 9900 to 10250

Hello
I've 9900 NFA installation on x64 RHEL
I copied the JRE Upgrade pack to /opt/ManageEngine/NetFlow
I downloaded the upgrade file AdventNet_ManageEngine_NetFlow_Analyzer_9_9_0_SP-0_2.ppm
After stopying the service, I've cleaned the RAW data using rawCleanup and then tried to run upgrade, but it hangs like this:
