Cannot login to OpManager 11.4 after install

Cannot login to OpManager 11.4 after install

Hi, I've just installed OpManager 11.4 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 std, and this is with a SQL database on a seperate SQL backend.  I can login remotely via web browser to http:\\hostname:80 but i'm unable to login locally on the server http://localhost

Is there a config setting in an xml file needed to log in locally?
