On a Windows machine, I cannot seem to get SDP to restart.  I actually have to reboot the machine to have it started.

I am using the installed shortcuts in the start menu  "Shutdown Service Desk" and "ServiceDesk Server", but I do not have the startup splash screen.

Any ideas ?
