Certificate Chain not Valid

Certificate Chain not Valid

Hello,

We are using desktopcentral (version 91113) with mdm integration (with the Forwarding Server version 90016).
On the destkopcentral server we have a certificate signed by an internal CA (local only - not third party CA). This certificate is trusted by the domain.
On the forwarding server we have a certificate trusted by Start-SSL, public side of MDM.

Since beginning of december (build 910099 I suppose) we have an error showed in the desktop central server interface :
Certificate Chain not Valid.
The path to a trusted Certificate Authority could not be verified from the certificates given. One of the intermediate certificates is missing. Configure certificate chain  here .

It looks like we need our desktopcentral server certificate to be trusted by a public CA. Which we should not need because it's local only and the forwarding server already have a good certificate.

The main problem is that now we cannot add MDM device anymore because of this error (and might be the cause of the scans beeing unable to complete).
Still we are able to connect to the mdm enrollment interface from our devices without problems (from internet).

We cannot change the certificate within the interface (as long as it is a local CA I guess) - Unable to verify certificate chain. One or more intermediate certificates are missing. Try auto download of intermediate certificates.

Is it possible to disable the certificate check and will it solve our problem? What can we do about this (without having a public CA trusting our local certificate)?

Best regards.
Sylvain
