Change approval with notes - Report

Change approval with notes - Report

Hi, I am interested how to get report on approved changes from Device Expert with comments entered during the approval process. When we approve changes we indicate comments for each changes.

If it is not possible to get this report from the web, could you please let us know how to get it from the database.
