Changing the Email fetching settings

Hi,

I am not willing to allow automatic logging of new incidents against every email being received as not all of them are related to incident reporting.For example if a Customer sends a query...SDP logs it as an incident and assigns to some account.

The automatic incident logging feature is great but I don't want a situation where hundreds of tickets get logged against every email.

how to control the behavior of the mail fetching feature?
