Completely disable Windows 10 Update

Completely disable Windows 10 Update

Hi there

Even though I run the configuration template " Disable Automatic Updates" Windows 10 keeps installing Updates automatically.
How can I completely disable Windows from doing this without me confirming the patches in DesktopCentral?
