Connection with servers lost after local admin password change

After longer monitoring it looks like this is happening:
We have 20+ Windows servers connected to EvLA with local admin account credentials. We have recently changed local admin passwords and updated accordingly in EvLA management panel. The issue is that if we restart a host server (which has EvLA installed on) then after a week 6 servers lose connection. They are showing with Access Denied error in the panel. Then i have to repeatedly enter credentials and it works until the host is restarted again (+1 week after the restart).

4 servers are physical ones, 2 are virtual machines sitting on one of these servers.

In response to Antioch's comment. We were using local accounts passwords, because it was easier. Not every server has domain accounts included in their groups. I will try using domain account on some of the servers and restart the host again. Will check next week if it helped or not.

I'm using database provided with EvLA installation.

Last time similar problem was only fixed by clean reinstall of EvLA, which we don't want to do every time the password changes.
